I have been taught to respect the National Song,
But today I don’t find either of them deserving
When compared to ‘you’ who are living for our well
being.
I have never seen your face
Nor do I know any of the great men of your race
But deep within my heart I surely know one thing
That right at the extreme corner of my nation you are
still standing
My days start with Notebooks
My nights end
with Facebook
Just because of the faith
That you are
still there for me to overlook
When the cold breeze chills my veins, I think of you
When the warm Sun blazes my neck, I think of you
Because For you,
The sun and the
moon are the same
The chill and the heat are just a game
Call me biased, call me partial
But still, I dedicate this Independence Day to you
brother
For leading the most impossible life
Just to make me have a simple smile
This day of celebration, I salute you dear SOLDIER
For carrying the entire nation on your SHOULDERS
